How We Work
From first idea to final shipment — here’s how your streetwear collection comes to life.
Step ①: Communication
• Send us inquiry via Email, or WhatsApp.
• We reply the first time when waking up in the morning.
• Please send us photos of the styles you like. We will suggest the best fabric and send you color chart. Please tell us the size, color and how to do logo on, from there, we will make first lot of samples and ship to you to test.
Step ②:Sample Stage
• After all details is confirmed, we will arrange to make the sample.
• Our sales guys will put all details together and translate into Chinese and pass to our sample line.
• Our Sample line will purchase fabric, making pattern, custom logo onto sample and do the sewing.
• After samples are finished, we will take photos of samples before shipping out to you.
Step ③: Mass Production
• After the sample is approved, we will send the quotation for you, we will send you PI to charge deposit after bulk order is placed.
• After receiving your deposit, our sales will submit the contract and production sheet to our system . Our line will arrange bulk production based on the details which are confirmed between you and our sales.
• When goods are on production line, our production line manager will arrange the production process and follow up every details that is manufacturered right.
• Inspection person will inspect every piece before packing into individual package to make sure no faulty items
Step ④: Delivery
• When we quote for you, we will give some options of shipping methods to you so that you can choose the best suitable way
• When we receive your balance, we will arrange shipment.
• We can ship your package, by air, by sea， by express: in 3-7 days， by air: in 7-15 days， and by sea: in around one month
Step ⑤: After-sale service
• The salesman will track the logistics information of the order and inform the customer of the arrival time 1-2 days in advance
• After the arrival of the goods, the salesman will confirm the quality and quantity with you. We will have a special after-sales team if there is any quality problem. They will do their best to solve your problem and ensure your satisfaction.
